Julia Carter is the founding director of Zestfor. Her background is in science, with a BPharm (Hons) from King’s College London, and she has spent more than 25 years working with leaders and technical experts in pharmaceutical, life sciences and technology organisations. Julia helps people lead with clarity, communicate with impact and build teams that work well together. She is a licensed Insights Discovery® and Motivational Maps® practitioner, a DDI certified facilitator and CIPD qualified.
